Founder and President

Anna E. Mosby is a seasoned executive management professional and has primary responsibility for the company’s management and project coordination.  Her range of experience and areas of expertise include finance, fiscal management, government and management consulting, program management, investments, human services, business process reengineering, and best practices analysis and implementation.

Anna’s vision for AEM Consulting LLC is to provide quality, personalized financial and management consulting services ranging from personal financial literacy to corporate organizational support and project management, to security consulting. She believes the fundamental foundation for financial success embraces the core values of responsibility, accountability, integrity, and consistency. 

Ms. Mosby has 25+ years of experience managing large-scale projects for federal, state, and public agencies. As investment manager for a large metropolitan transit agency, she directed a $500 million fixed income investment portfolio, managed a $1 million one-year demonstration project for the integration of rail, bus, and parking revenue collection using smart card technology; and planned and developed a $1.4 million project to facilitate acceptance of debit and credit cards in a fully automated environment.

As Vice President for a national management consulting firm, she provided management and programmatic consultant services to state and local governments in the area of health and human services. She has also managed large systems implementation projects and performed operational and organizational reviews and assessments.

Ms. Mosby holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland; a Master of Divinity from the Howard University School of Divinity (with honors); and a Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude), with a concentration in Finance, from the University of the District of Columbia. Reverend Mosby is also an ordained minister.

Vice President

Michael R. White has 16+ years of senior management experience in contract security, recruiting, and training. He is skilled in security site development, from assessment and design through full implementation and operation, and has extensive experience in security staffing, background investigation, and employee screening. 

Mr. White has developed and implemented several large-scale security programs and has been responsible for the physical security of several large properties, frequently in multiple locations, throughout the eastern United States (including Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina). He has supervised unarmed security officers and his staff has ranged from 14 to over 250.

As an event manager, he has provided project management oversight for major events including the U.S. Open, PGA of America, Denver Broncos, Major League Baseball, and Champions Tour. His responsibilities included recruiting, training, background investigations, and event staff supervision.

Mr. White is a member of ASIS International (American Society for Industrial Security), the preeminent organization for security professionals. He is a registered compliance agent with the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services, holds Security Guard certification in the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is a certified trainer through the Private Protective Services Board (North Carolina Department of Justice).

Mr. White holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Shaw University (Raleigh, North Carolina).
